4Winds Farm

Founder Tara Trudell, a Santee Sioux, Rarámuri, and Xicana artist, anchors the experiential side of care with initiatives like The Sacred Voice of Women. This project weaves handmade paper bead making, archery, and sacred medicine ceremonies into the recovery process to address generational trauma.
