Since 2016, we have offered infrared heated vinyasa classes in our Telluride studio, guided by founder Maureen DeLucia and her team of knowledgeable teachers. Our space includes a café serving burritos, cold-pressed juices, and crafted coffee and tea, alongside a boutique featuring yoga clothing, mats, and mala necklaces. We host workshops and trainings designed to help local and visiting practitioners reconnect, restore, and grow within the San Juan Mountains.
