Arapaho & Roosevelt National Forest Pawnee National Grasslands

The Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests and Pawnee National Grassland cover 1.5 million acres across five districts in north central Colorado. This area offers various recreational opportunities, including activities on the plains of the Pawnee National Grassland and in the mountains across the Continental Divide. The forests and grassland are managed by the US Forest Service, which oversees the sustainable use and conservation of natural and cultural resources in the area.
