We have been roasting coffee at 8,000 feet since 1994. What started as Bongo Billy's Coffees evolved into the Buena Vista Roastery in 2007, and Scott took over the helm in 2022 to continue our tradition of quality. We are on-demand, small batch roasters who roast your coffee when you place the order. This process requires longer roast times due to less oxygen at elevation, allowing sugars to fully caramelize for a smoother, more complex flavor that remains consistent even after the cup cools. Our coffee is 100% organic, specialty grade, and Fair Trade certified, maintaining our Specialty Coffee Association Certification.
