Delta County Combined Court

The Delta County Combined Court is part of the Seventh Judicial District and the Colorado State Judicial Branch of Government, handling district and county court matters. The court is staffed by a District Judge, County Judge, Magistrate, Clerk of Court, and other support personnel, all of whom are employees of the Colorado Judicial Branch. The court provides access to legal forms, informative brochures, and online resources, including a docket search function, to assist with court-related matters.
