Desert Weyr, LLC- We are not a Winery

Desert Weyr is a farm that raises Black Welsh Mountain sheep, a heritage breed known for its true black wool and high-quality, grass-fed mutton. The farm focuses on maintaining genetic diversity in its flocks and has a performance-recorded flock with recorded EBVs with the NSIP. Desert Weyr also sells its products, including specialty yarns and meat, which is processed at a USDA-approved facility.
