This organization provides housing counseling, homebuyer education, and financial education to support low-to-moderate income communities in Colorado. It offers various programs, including Mutual Self-Help Housing and Contractor Build home programs, to develop and preserve affordable housing units throughout the state. CRHDC also provides technical assistance to organizations in rural communities to help address housing needs.
