Jennie Marcotte founded Freebyrd Real Estate in 2003, bringing over four decades of experience from her start as an Associate Broker in Denver’s competitive market and subsequent work in the Roaring Fork Valley. Operating out of New Castle, CO, we handle residential and commercial sales, listings, and property management with a focus on personalized service rather than large office policies. Our credentials include Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), Master of Real Estate (MRE), Designated Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and recognition from the National Association of Residential Property Management (NARPM). Jennie has served four years as a director on the Multiple Listing Service’s Board of Directors and on Ethics and Professional Standards Committees.
