Lawson Hill Property Owners Co

Lawson Hill is a mixed-use planned community located just south of the Society Turn roundabout, between the Town of Telluride and Town of Mountain Village. The community features a variety of businesses, including shops, restaurants, and services, as well as amenities such as open space, a playing field, and trails along the San Miguel River. The Lawson Hill Property Owners Company manages the community's affairs, overseen by a five-member board elected by property owners.
