Rivendell Farms is a farming operation that utilizes holistically planned grazing techniques to produce nutrient-dense beef. The farm is also home to other endeavors, including Colorado Edible Forest, a nursery specializing in fruit trees and edible perennial plants, and Salt + Dirt, a design service focused on outside design and regenerative practices. These operations aim to promote sustainable farming and living practices, taking advantage of the unique natural resources of the Spring Valley area.
