Routt County Council On Aging

The organization, doing business as SOAR, serves older adults in Northwest Colorado, including Steamboat Springs, Hayden, Oak Creek, and North Routt. It provides a range of services, including home-delivered meals, congregate meals, transportation, home care, and recreation programs, to support older adults in maintaining their independence and aging in place. These services aim to address basic needs and socialization, and are designed to help older adults remain in their own homes for as long as possible.
