San Miguel County Attorney

The San Miguel County Attorney's Office provides legal counsel and representation to the Board of County Commissioners and other county officials, boards, and departments. This office serves as general legal counsel for the county, but does not provide legal advice or representation to private citizens. The office also does not prosecute or defend persons charged with crimes, which is handled by the District Attorney's Office for the Seventh Judicial District.
