Smuggler Union Restaurant & Brewery

Smuggler Union Restaurant & Brewery serves high-quality, Colorado-sourced meats and produce, working closely with local farms to establish a farm-to-table economy. The restaurant makes most of its menu items in-house using natural ingredients, including desserts, pickles, and sausages. The on-site brewery, led by brewer Thomas Daly, offers a variety of classically styled lagers, seasonals, and experimental beers.
