Javier’s Madrid roots shine through his signature cuisine, blending old-world Spanish traditions with inventive nouveau Italian dishes. The menu spans lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and dinner from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. daily, offering a curated selection of over one hundred hand-chosen wines that honor the restaurant’s name. We feature a walk-in bar with a separate menu and a community table, providing distinct dining experiences within the same space.
