The Historic Lowell School Building

The Historic Lowell School Building, originally constructed in 1925 as an elementary school, now houses several businesses and non-profits. The building, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, has undergone minimal alterations over its nearly 100-year history. It is envisioned to become a neighborhood hub with small and creative office spaces, as well as commercial areas serving the local area, as part of the broader revitalization efforts in Downtown Grand Junction.
