Three Rivers Smokehouse

Start your morning with a made-to-order burrito or sandwich and a cup of famous locally roasted Camp 4 Coffee from our specialty bar, open daily from 7 am until 10:30 am. We build our lunch and dinner offerings around meats we smoke in-house, including brisket, pulled pork, ribs, wings, corned beef, bacon, and chicken. These form the base for a variety of sandwiches, burgers, and salads. You can enjoy your meal on our outdoor patio or take it to go by calling the main resort line at 970-641-1303. Our full-service bar pours beer, wine, and cocktails to pair with your food. For larger events like weddings, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, birthday parties, and corporate retreats, we provide catering options on-site at Three Rivers Resort. If you need more space, the lower patio area is available for rent to host buffet-style catering. We also sell Smokehouse Gift Cards online, so you can share the gift of BBQ with others.
