Three Springs Plaza

Three Springs features nearly 300 acres of open space, including parks, trails, and wetlands, offering recreational opportunities for residents and visitors. The area includes a network of trails, connecting to Durango's Telegraph Trails System, as well as several parks, including Three Springs Plaza, which hosts special events and features a grassy area with benches and a performance stage. The development also includes a large wetlands area and will eventually connect to the Animas River Trail, providing access to historic downtown Durango.
