Trail Through Time

The Trail Through Time is a 1.5-mile loop trail that features in-place dinosaur fossils, interpretive signs, and an active quarry where visitors can view dinosaur fossil excavations during certain times of the year. The trail extends into high-desert terrain with juniper and sagebrush, and interpretive signs highlight dinosaur bones, fossilized plants, and panoramic views of Rabbit Valley. The site is open year-round and offers facilities such as interpretive signs, benches, and shaded kiosks, as well as pit toilets and a gravel parking lot.
