Turtle Lake Refuge

Turtle Lake Refuge operates a cafe that serves local, wild, and living foods for lunch on Tuesdays and Fridays year-round. The organization also runs a community farm, which grows produce and offers classes on topics such as permaculture, holistic health, and wild edible and medicinal plants. Additionally, Turtle Lake Refuge sells its locally grown and handmade foods to restaurants, health food stores, and at the Durango Farmer's market.
