Whistler Park is one of the 29 park sites in Steamboat Springs, totaling over 1,000 acres of park space. The city's parks feature various amenities, including mineral springs, skate parks, playgrounds, volleyball courts, and athletic fields. Access to the parks, open space, trails, and river is free, and many parks are accessible from the Yampa River Core Trail.
