Ouray real estate begins with Lee Ann Parden, who became a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Colorado in 2013. We combine deep local expertise with a track record of success to help clients buy and sell homes, land, and investment properties throughout Ouray County. Our services cover the City of Ouray, Town of Ridgway, Log Hill, Montrose, and Silverton, handling both residential and commercial transactions. Before focusing on real estate, we managed motels, retail spaces, and apartments, and successfully remodeled homes in Louisiana and Houston, TX. We offer a no-pressure style of business, ensuring honesty and integrity in every deal while fighting for our clients' best interests. In addition to our professional work, we remain active in the community through volunteering with Neighbor 2 Neighbor for senior citizens, serving on the Board of the Montrose Association of Realtors, and sitting on the Montrose Friends of the Library board. We are also proud members of the Ouray Elks Lodge. When we are not working, we enjoy hiking, biking, and attending outdoor summer concerts, cherishing time with our family and two grandchildren.
