Sitting at the base of the Aspen Highlands Ski Area, our full-service bar and outdoor patio with fireplaces offer the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes. We serve a menu that crosses many cultures, featuring creative entrees like Butter Chicken and Colorado lamb chops alongside classic 8 oz. massive cheeseburgers and Coconut Curry ramen. Start your meal with tuna crudo, pretzel and bratwurst, or homemade hummus and naan. Our interior reflects a modern take on the classic ski lodge design, with plush comfortable seating, stone walls, and amber-colored accents. The outdoor patio is shaded by umbrellas and equipped with fire pits where you can roast s'mores for dessert. Executive Chef Rob Michelin leads our kitchen, ensuring reliable food and friendly service for groups and individuals alike. We are open Wednesday through Sunday, with extended hours on Friday and Saturday evenings. Valet parking is available, and we welcome dogs on the patio. Our location at 75 Prospector Road places us directly in the Aspen Highlands neighborhood, offering scenic views and easy access to the main parking areas and RFTA bus stops.
