WHAT
Flash flooding through narrow canyons and small creeks caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
WHERE
Canyon Creek into Ouray, CO.
WHEN
Until 730 PM MDT.
IMPACTS
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rockslides and mudslides are possible. Avoid traveling and recreating through the advisory area.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- At 530 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
