WHAT
Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
WHERE
A portion of southwest Colorado, including the following county, La Plata.
WHEN
Until 445 PM MDT.
IMPACTS
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas south of Durango near the Animas and Florida River drainages. Overflowing poor drainage areas.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- At 248 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.6 and 1.2 inches of rain have fallen with isolated areas up to 2 inches. - This includes the following streams and drainages...
