Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

WHERE

Portions of northwest and west central Colorado, including the following counties, in northwest Colorado, Garfield. In west central Colorado, Mesa.

WHEN

Until 500 PM MDT.

IMPACTS

Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

- At 308 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.7 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Rifle and Silt. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
