SABCOTHE FOLLOWING MESSAGE IS TRANSMITTED AT THE REQUEST OF THE COLORADO AVALANCHE INFORMATION CENTER....SPECIAL AVALANCHE ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM SUNDAY...
WHAT
A winter storm will dramatically change avalanche conditions, making it easy for backcountry travelers to trigger dangerous avalanches this weekend. Avalanche conditions this weekend will be more dangerous over more of Colorado than previous weekends.
WHERE
Portions of the Front Range, Summit County, the Gore Range and Vail area, Elk Mountains, Grand Mesa, Monarch, most of the San Juan Mountains, and the Sangre de Cristo Range.
