Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

WHERE

A portion of Garfield County near Parachute in northwestern Colorado.

WHEN

Until 1245 AM MDT.

IMPACTS

Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

- At 1043 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.6 and 1.2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Parachute and Battlement Mesa. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
