Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
WHERE
A portion of southwest Colorado, including the following county, La Plata.
WHEN
Until 600 PM MDT.
IMPACTS
Minor flooding and overflowing in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Avoid traveling and recreating through the advisory area.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- At 252 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
