The Flood Advisory will expire at 145 AM MDT early this morning for a portion of northwest Colorado, including the following areas, Garfield and Rio Blanco.

Excess runoff from heavy rain has ended over the warned area. If flooding has been observed...Please report it to your local law enforcement agency. Debris from mudslide and flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
