Debris from mudslide and flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected from the Turner Gulch burn scar.
WHERE
A portion of west central Colorado, including the following county, Mesa.

Until 530 AM MDT.
IMPACTS
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
