A Soulful Song Circle with MaMuse: Music, Stories, and the Power of Resilience

Join in for an intimate and transformative song circle with MaMuse on Wednesday October 8th, 4 - 6 PM, where we’ll come together in song and story to explore resilience in the midst of life’s uncertainties. In a world that often feels in flux, MaMuse invites you into a warm, supportive community to reflect on themes of love, strength, and the timeless beauty that unites us all. We'll sing simple, heartwarming songs, along with layered melodies, where all will be invited to join in. This experience is open to all ages, and no prior musical experience is necessary. Whether you choose to sing along or simply listen, you’re welcome to be fully present as both a witness and a participant. Come with an open heart, ready to experience the power of music and story. Together, we’ll explore how to find beauty even in uncertain times. The Muse fell from the sky one night and landed in the spaces between our heart beats. She instantly took a liking to the rhythm in our chests, and her sweet melody joined the pulse. One of us picked up father bass, and thumped it’s belly in response. The other picked up father mandolin, and plucked its ribs. Mother guitar and sister flute could not resist being a part of such sweet merriment and soon joined in. The Earth, hearing the whole incident, called out words of inspiration and encouragement. “Yes!… keep going!” When the Earth calls, one must listen….. So we opened our hearts and let sweet harmony roll off of our tongues. In unison our voices shot out into the deep of night and a star fell from the heavens; the magic spark!
