Looking for a fun, approachable way to get moving in the New Year? If your New Year’s resolution is to exercise more, try something new, or build a healthier routine, this class is for you!



Join us for a FREE Intro to Climbing Class, designed specifically for beginners — no experience required. Climbing is a full-body workout that builds strength, balance, and confidence, all while having fun and staying engaged. Ages 14 and up welcome!

• Introduction to indoor climbing

• Basic movement and body positioning

• How to fall safely and use equipment

• Understanding climbing grades and difficulty

• Tips to help you continue climbing confidently
