* Swim: 800 Yard (approximately 0.50 miles 16 laps/32 lengths).
* Bike: 20 kilometers (approximately 12.4 miles).
* Run: 5 kilometers (approximately 3.1 miles).
Kid Sprint Tri (eligible for ages 6 to 14 only):
* Swim: 50 Yard (1 lap/2 lengths).
* Bike: 2 kilometers (approximately 1.2 miles).
* Run: 1 kilometers (approximately 0.6 miles).
Complete the tri as an individual or with a team.
