Pause Yoga and Pilates Studio offers daily classes, where all levels are welcome and students get the attention they deserve. Pause studio is equipped with infrared ceiling panels; gently radiating heat that helps increase flexibility and offers a detoxing, therapeutic experience. We are located on the south side of Durango in the Purple Cliffs building with plenty of parking and the river trail accessible right behind us.
