DESCRIPTION:Helping to Heal! The 13th Annual Spirit of the Valley Run\, Wal
 k 'N Roll 1K and 5K timed races are set for Saturday September 13\, 2025. 
 Runners\, walkers and rollers are all welcome for a great morning of compe
 tition\, fun\, food\, and rock ‘n roll. The race will benefit two local 
 organizations - the VA Recreational Therapy Program on the Western Slope a
 nd Hilltop's Latimer House. The race starts and ends at St. Matthew’s Ep
