This foundational class focuses on the strength\, alignment\, and technique needed for clean turns and powerful leaps. Designed for dancers who have prior Jazz or Ballet experience with a desire to grow their skills in leaps and turns. Dancers will build ankle and core strength\, improve flexibility\, and develop proper placement to safely and confidently execute a variety of skills.
