RFP 886 RC FAIR CONCERT PRODUCTION SERVICES AWARD
APPROVAL
Purchasing posted RFP 886 on Bidnet and received one proposal from
Yampa Valley Entertainment, LLC., a local production company with
experience in the Yampa Valley. The request for a turnkey concert
included talent buying, production, and event support. The resulting
proposal includes these items and will be provide a more efficient,
higher-quality solution for the Fair concert than has been typical in
previous years.
