1880 Tapas & Spirits

The Toro burger and Masa pockets sit alongside classic Spanish tapas on a menu that changes daily to highlight seasonal, local ingredients. We craft these dishes in Gunnison using produce from Farm Runners, Gunnison Gardens, Iola Valley Farm, and Sundrop Flora, while our meats come from Happy Hogs, Kinikin Meats, Rockin W Ranch, and Mountain Bird Chicken. Salumi from Il Porcellino and cheeses from Abra Kabrin Ceramics add depth to our offerings. Our cocktail program, expertly mixed by Carson, features spirits from Marble Distilling and beers from Irwin Brewing. Guests frequently return for the chicken liver pate loaded with sherry and cherry, as well as our seafood options, sliders, flatbread, and signature cheesecake. We do not accommodate phone-in take-out orders, and outside food is not allowed except for small children and infants. Allergen information is available for current menu items. We accept credit cards and provide wheelchair accessible seating with parking available.
