Our horseback headquarters sits just north of Ouray on County Road 14A, offering guided trail rides through the Uncompahgre National Forest and Wilderness area. We cater to riders of all ages, starting with the Wrangler Ride for those as young as five. The Ranger and Buckaroo options extend to 1.5 and 2 hours respectively for those seeking a deeper connection with the landscape. You will see historic mines, wildlife, and wildflowers while taking in views of Whitehouse and Corbett Peaks. Our second location at Baker Ranch, north of Telluride on County Road X48, provides a secluded ranch experience. This spot is only 30 minutes from Telluride and 40 minutes from Ouray, featuring sage flats and mature ponderosa forests. Here, the Rustler and Maverick rides accommodate ages six and eight and up. We accept credit cards and provide restrooms, ensuring a comfortable visit for families and groups. First-timers and experienced equestrians alike find spectacular mountain views and a true taste of Colorado horsemanship on our trails.
