Therapeutic deep tissue, hot stone, and relaxing Swedish massage form the core of our practice in Telluride. Alessandra Jacobson tailors each session to individual needs, incorporating ACE Massage Cupping Therapy™ and Active Release Techniques® (ART®) to address specific structural concerns. Hot stones are included with every in-studio massage, and we offer house calls for those who prefer the comfort of their own space. Our approach blends medical massage techniques with myofascial methods, allowing us to troubleshoot trouble spots effectively. We accept major credit cards and Venmo, ensuring competitive rates for our clients. Continuing education keeps our skills sharp; recent training includes John F. Barnes Myofascial Techniques and advanced courses in ART® for the ankle, ribs, spine, and low back. We also offer CBD & Cannabis massage using topicals that many clients find enhance the therapeutic benefits. Working in this athletically active mountain community, we see a lot of physical injuries and take pride in helping clients avoid or recover from them. Whether addressing the deep quadratus lumborum muscle or general soft tissue tension, our goal is to deliver quality care in a nurturing environment.
