Slopeside dining in Snowmass Base Village, Aurum Food & Wine Aspen Snowmass serves refined seasonal New American cuisine in an elegantly casual setting. Our daily happy hour runs from 3pm to 5pm, featuring food, drink, and cocktail specials that draw guests to our outdoor patio equipped with fire pit features. Live music adds to the evening atmosphere, with performances on the patio every Saturday and Tuesday from 6pm to 8pm. Starting in July, we host a special Sunday night dinner series featuring classical musicians from the Aspen Music Festival Young Artist Series. We also offer a range of private event opportunities, including seated dinners for up to 80 guests, full restaurant buyouts, and indoor or outdoor cocktail parties. Our intimate dining room accommodates up to 16 guests for more exclusive gatherings. Located at 110 Carriage Way, we are open daily from 3pm until close, providing a unique dining experience in the Colorado mountain resort region.
