Our shelves in Paonia overflow with the kind of treasures that make thrifting a joy, from vintage jewelry and sturdy housewares to gently worn clothing, toys, and furniture. Barkin’ Bargains operates as a resale store run entirely by dedicated volunteers, and we are open Wednesday through Saturday from 10am to 4pm. Every purchase you make here directly supports the Coalition for Animals and Wildlife Services (CAWS), helping to fund Norm’s Cat House and provide shelter, socialization, and low-cost spaying and neutering for cats and dogs throughout the North Fork Valley. We welcome clean, undamaged furniture on consignment, so you can drop off your own pieces during regular business hours. Our merchandise changes frequently as new donations arrive, ensuring there is always something unique to discover. We accept credit cards and offer returns and exchanges for your convenience. Parking is available, and our store is wheelchair accessible. We believe in face-to-face communication and treating both our two-legged customers and four-legged beneficiaries with respect and honesty.
