We provide home-cooked breakfast daily, accommodating various diets, and offer access to common areas including living rooms, a gym, a movie room, two patios with fire pits, and a covered deck. Our three spacious guest rooms, the Sage Room with peach orchard views, the private lower-level Sandy Room, and the Confluence two-room suite, cater to solo travelers, couples, and families. For larger gatherings, you can book all rooms to reserve the entire home for up to 8 guests, ideal for family reunions, business retreats, or wedding guests. We manage bookings through Airbnb and allow direct bookings for repeat guests. Palisade’s agricultural heritage delivers excellent local peaches and wine, while nearby Grand Junction and Fruita offer downtown shops, restaurants, and mountain biking trails. Exploring the Grand Mesa, floating the Colorado River, or simply relaxing in our warm space provides all the amenities needed for a special trip.
