As a small family-owned operation, we control the entire lifecycle from bine to pelletizer, ensuring that our Cascade Cup Champions, winning back-to-back in 2023 and 2024, and being the first farm outside Washington or Oregon to achieve this honor, deliver superior quality. We personally select our inventory, which includes popular varieties like Idaho 7®, Cashmere, Centennial, and El Dorado®, then pelletize and package them in-house to maintain the freshness and brightness brewers seek. By handling every stage of production, we reduce carbon emissions and delivery times while keeping costs competitive for craft brewers. Our model allows us to offer free cold storage until August 1 of the following year, with no minimum order requirements and discounts starting at just 300 pounds.
