About
Naturally-leavened sourdough pizza and bread anchor our menu at Breadery, a vegetable-forward eatery, bar, and bakehouse in Crested Butte. We operate as a from-scratch kitchen where all bread and pizza dough is hand mixed, and every pasta is hand rolled. Chef and proprietor Meg Antonczyk leads our team alongside pastaia Chloe Sanger, wine director Kori Roberts, and bar & beverage manager Fiona Maguire. We craft our sauces, dressings, and pestos with care, ensuring they match the quality of our core offerings. Our menu shifts with the seasons and local availability, so tonight’s plates might differ slightly from yesterday’s. We serve artisanal cocktails and natural wines to complement our food, adhering strictly to Colorado liquor laws which prohibit outside alcoholic beverages. For those on the go, we offer take-out options between 4:45 PM and 8:45 PM via text, Wednesday through Monday. Please note that while we accommodate most requests, our fresh pasta is generally not available for take-out to preserve its integrity, with the exception of our durum spaghetti and farmhouse squash ragu. A $1 packaging fee applies to all take-out orders to support our compostable containers, and we charge a $5 per person fee for outside cake. We take allergies seriously; however, due to the hundreds of pounds of flour we process weekly, we cannot guarantee a 100% gluten-free environment for those with severe sensitivities.
