Breathtaker Alpine Coaster

Adjacent to the Elk Camp Restaurant in Snowmass, the Breathtaker Alpine Coaster delivers a high-speed winter ride through a snowy forest setting. Riders navigate the track during daytime hours or during special Ullr Nights, which run from 5:00pm to 7:30pm on specific dates including Dec. 26, Jan. 2, Feb. 13, Feb. 20, Mar. 12, and Mar. 20. The facility offers tiered ticketing options: Coaster Only for $66, Tubing Only for $56, and combined packages such as the Tubing and Coaster Combo for $78, which includes gondola access. A specialized Ullr Night package is available for $76. Reservations are required, and tickets can be purchased online, by calling 866-857-8769, or in person at any ticket office. To ensure availability, visitors are advised to arrive no later than 1:00pm, as the coaster may close early due to capacity. Participants must be at least 38 inches tall, with drivers required to be 6 feet tall and at least 16 years old. The maximum weight limit for two passengers is 375 lbs in dry conditions and 330 lbs in wet conditions. Riders must wear warm, layered clothing, waterproof outerwear, and insulated gloves, though helmets are not mandatory. Ski and snowboard boots are permitted for riding.
