Established in 1906, the Bross Hotel Bed & Breakfast stands as a landmark turn-of-the-century building in Paonia, Colorado. Our graceful early 20th-century architecture features a second-story balcony and a front porch equipped with rocking chairs, inviting guests to enjoy coffee or wine outdoors. Just one block from Grand Avenue, the main business street, we allow visitors to walk easily to local entertainment, shopping, and restaurants. Inside, the sun-filled dining room with its large bay window and elegant antique back bar sets the stage for gourmet breakfasts prepared by Innkeeper Suzanne Tripp. Suzanne, a historical architect with a background in baking, ensures every dish reflects care and craftsmanship. Her partner, Mike Yengling, brings expertise in historic preservation and shares local knowledge on hikes, bike rides, and scenic attractions. The inn offers 10 guest rooms, each featuring private baths, comfortable bedding, unique furnishings, and wireless 5G internet. Beyond the rooms, an outdoor hot tub provides a spot to soak under the North Fork Valley’s legendary night skies.
