Butte Bagels

Freshly baked bagels from scratch form the foundation of our daily service in Crested Butte. We prepare these bagels every day to support a menu of sandwiches that range from the classic lox and cream cheese to more adventurous options like the vegan Laverna, which features marinated organic tofu and vegan pesto. Our offerings also include hearty breakfast sandwiches such as the Fletcher, loaded with three fried eggs, pepper jack cheese, sausage, bacon, and a latke. We serve coffee and other beverages to complement these meals. Guests stop by for a quick bite or a sit-down meal, enjoying quality food made with care.
