Established in 2010, Café 163 brings an upscale diner experience to Edwards, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner five days a week. We pride ourselves on quality food and fast service, offering a full sensory affair that revisits traditional favorites while introducing eclectic additions. Our menu features fluffy omelets, pancakes, and the 163 Corned Beef Hash with housemade hash and cafe potatoes. You will find breakfast tacos with chorizo and scrambled egg, chilaquiles sautéed in spicy salsa verde, and avocado toast on whole wheat bread. Lunch options include the 163 Gyro with shaved lamb and tzatziki, the Cheesesteak with caramelized onions, and the Blackened Chicken Sandwich. We also serve salads like the Classic Caesar and the 163 Cobb, along with benedicts and a Triple Pancake Stack.
