Our female-owned brewpub on Main Street has been serving Carbondale with a chill neighborhood vibe since we opened our doors. We craft fresh beer on-site, including our flagship Valley Girl Blonde hopped with 100% Colorado Cascade hops and the bold Fuller's Red Ale. Our menu highlights locally sourced, sustainable bar fare that caters to vegetarians and vegans with Impossible burgers available daily. You can enjoy a full bar featuring an extensive whiskey collection, notably Japanese varieties, alongside cocktails and non-alcoholic mocktails like our Ghost Juice hard seltzer. We keep the Garage Bar stocked with rotating taps, from Nitro Cream Ales to West Coast IPAs, and offer late-night food options on Thursdays through Saturdays until 11 pm. Our patio provides outdoor seating for live music during the summer, while indoor TVs broadcast Sunday Ticket year-round. Guests stop by for happy hour or grab a keg for an event, keeping real ale alive with our traditional beer engine and rotating selections.
